I bought an 87 GTI to replace it.

The engine didn't sell after all so my 94 Protege engine with 44,000 miles is back on sale but for $350 before any shipping and packing charges. The shipping is just to much to most places. A guy said he is coming to Florida in about a month and will pick it up but experience tells me that it happening is highly unlikely. First guy/girl to put up the money gets it or any of the other parts off my Protege. Well, of the parts left that I mentioned above on the other post that are left.

new owner flipped out becuase she forgot to tighten the gas cap and it threw a code....argh......I even told her to make sure its on tight...she actually took it to the dealer..

Hey it wasn’t my fault the chick at the emissions station didn’t tighten the cap all the way. The state just needs to get rid of the whole program anyway!!

agreed...everyone say hi to Leigha.....just remeber nothing from here on out is my fault and its not fair to get mad at me through rich for the CEL......I've been totally honest and your mechanic looked it over at your request giving it a clean bill of health. If you have questions or concerns call me, dont put rich in the middle please.
