Tell him that it's still a neon, then blind him with your HIDs?

Seriously, wait until his car falls apart and yours is still running like crazy on and off the track. Dodge/Chrysler always just sticks a bunch of unsold o nonselling HP parts into whatever model is not selling, slap SRT or some garbage on the side, make an issue of Car and Driver and try to sell some cars. They can't sell cars any other way.

Now, what can YOU do? It sounds from your post you've only added a CAI and a catback exahaust? Find a Mazda dealer that has mazdaspeed techs, get to know them, and ask them to turn the boost up on your turbo. Mazda is conservative on the factory boost settings. Also ask them if the increased boost would require any other modfiications to make sure your engine continues to operate safely and fastly. I know one guy with an 07 MS3 who turned up the boost and it made for quite a wild ride. The understeer gets even worse, so you need to take time getting used to it, and ease more into the boost than you can with the stock MS3 - that's if you take any of this advice at all!

So I went to the Mazda dealership and they wont even do **** to that car besides factory ****...im thinking about getting the HKS blow off i think its the HQV and then a boost controller and set it to a steady 17psi and then getting the down pipe I just might get that first what does everybody think?

what kind of srt are you racing. my friends srt runs 22 lbs of boost, and gets 1/4 in lower 13 and upper 12's. after you get your down pipe, make sure you have a wastgate, cold air or short ram, then by a safc which is compatible to your car, so you can increase your fuel intake, and then the manual boost controler, after that your speed3 will destroy most other cars on the street, good luck =)
