Short and sweet.

My car:
2004 mazda 3 sedan 2.3 auto

Spun bearing, i have researched online an have been getting mixed results.

Is there any other long block that is a direct drop in besides the mazda.
I've read the focus then I read the fusion. Even got a Volvo and escape. Then another thread contradicts everything I find.

My block not only spun a bearing but also has a head gasket leak. So I just wanna swap the long block.
