how could you forget the Mecca of all Mazda sites. lol protegegarage.com

lokalmotive May-31st-2007 09:44 AM

Don't forget WWW.STREETUNIT.COM. They specialize in Mazda and a few other brands and not to mention that Cullen is awesome and can help you with anything you need. You can also find some parts for Proteges and 3s at:

www.sportcompactonly.com
www.vividracing.com
www.tripointengineering.com
www.pt-performance.com
www.slsperformance.com

Just a few more. There's tons of places I found parts for my MSP when I had it. I have the Speed3 now and all these places have parts for both the Protege and 3. StreetUnit will be more Speed3 and MSP oriented where as places like SportCompactOnly will be more regular Protege and 3 oriented.

lokalmotive May-31st-2007 09:49 AM

Oh yeah.. There's also www.onlinemazdaparts.com. It's a dealership that you can get any OEM piece from. I forget the guys name that does it all but he took really good care of me and was very helpful with my MSP when I needed something. You can find links to him, protegegarage, and a couple other vendors and companies on mazdas247.com. I've been a member there for almost 3 years under a couple different names. I post as lokalmotive there too tho if anyone checks it out.

_Kansei_ May-31st-2007 10:02 AM

^^ guy's name is Jason

mazdapart@gmail.com is his e-mail address I think

Awesome. That's it. Thanks man. I couldn't remember it to save my life and I deleted the PM's I had from him a while back. He's really cool tho. Anything anyone needs OEM be sure to give him first shot.

lokalmotive June-1st-2007 09:59 AM

Let's add www.corksport.com too. They're always on top of coming out with stuff for the Protege and 3.

lokalmotive June-2nd-2007 03:24 PM

www.kartboy.com used to offer short shifters, bushings, shift knobs, and exhaust hangers for the Protege and MSP. Right now everything is showing discontinued on their site except fot the exhaust hangers. I just emailed them to see if they had any future plans for the 3 or any other Mazda. I'll keep everyone posted on what they say.

lokalmotive June-4th-2007 11:52 AM

www.twmperformance.com can be added to the list. They're actually runnin a special on some shifters right now if anyone is interested in checking that out.

thats high praise, thank you

lokalmotive June-7th-2007 08:40 AM

I haven't heard anything from kartboy.com yet. My guess is that they aren't planning on making anything else as of yet. I'll keep a check on their site tho and let everyone know if they do.

lokalmotive June-9th-2007 04:29 PM

www.apexr1.com is one more I forgot to put on there. I was going thru some emails I had from them a while back when I ordered my CAI for my MSP from them and remembered that they offered stuff for Mazda vehicles.

lokalmotive June-9th-2007 04:47 PM

Hey jzoomer, what about a master list? Just copy and paste all the websites that have been added since you posted so everything is at the top of the page in case this thread gets to be too long. It would almost be more of an inconvience to scroll thru em all than have em all at the top of the thread.

lokalmotive June-11th-2007 02:20 PM

Bump for that master list.

jzoomer June-11th-2007 03:32 PM

sorry i havent been on in a couple of days getting right on it.....good idea

lokalmotive June-11th-2007 04:10 PM

It's all good. Just thought about that when I was scrolling all the way down the page to make sure I hadn't forgotten anymore I know. Haha.

lokalmotive June-11th-2007 04:13 PM

Looks good btw. This way you can just keep going back and updating the list every time someone posts a new site.

jzoomer June-11th-2007 07:58 PM

yea that was a good idea....thanx

lokalmotive June-12th-2007 12:37 AM

No problem. Glad I could be useful. Haha.

lokalmotive June-12th-2007 08:38 AM

Idea for site admin too. Let's make this a sticky so it's always at the top of the page when ppl come into this section so this info doesn't get lost.

jzoomer June-15th-2007 07:14 PM

^^^bump for the sticky admin.....another great idea from lokalmotive keep searchin for sites everyone i know there is more out there i just added another one at the top of the list

I love the good attitude of the members here :). Thanks!

lokalmotive June-16th-2007 04:16 PM

Everyone that is interested in purchasing from StreetUnit.com check out their forum and register in it to ask questions pertaining to the products they offer. It will help you in another way than just getting opinions off any other forum. Just kind of some alternate info source if you will. Check it out here www.streetunitforum.com. Oh yeah.... When you register, list me as the one that referred you.

jzoomer June-16th-2007 04:22 PM

i smell someone trying to get kudos/incentives....lol j/k from said website... lol "get it any way you can as long as you get it" that is what i say....

lokalmotive June-16th-2007 04:50 PM

:)...... What can I say???? Haha. I'm just trying to push StreetUnit because of everything they've done for me. I stand behind the company full heartedly and without restrain. They also have a fantastic inventory.

jzoomer June-16th-2007 04:57 PM

Yeah that's him. He seemed like a really good guy every time I talked to him about stuff.

I don't know if it counts, but I bought some nice yellow bulbs at www.rallylights.com

Nice fellas, they'll hook you up with race tires as well.

ceejay June-19th-2008 12:27 PM

Thanks guys, I am looking for an OEM part, interested to see what onlinemazdaparts.com can do vs my dealer

Rillo71 November-26th-2009 09:40 PM

This is where I purchased my mods. Ask for Kyle Yepsen:

www.protuningperformance.com

they have quite a selection for the 3.
