Haribo

I just got in my car to go to the store tonight and when I backed out the power steering was seizing up and the lights were going off when the power steering got hard. It felt like the car was stalling. I accelerated just fine though and tried driving down the road but every time I tried to turn power steering would get hard and the lights would go off. I turned around and pulled back in the driveway and shut it off. I tried to restart it and zero power to the starter. It would not start at all. The starter would not engage and red lights on the dash would blink three times and then stop. I really hope someone here has an idea what's going on.
