How to do advance timing mod on 2.0?

I have read the timing advance mod everywhere, but no one actually show or explain how to do it. Can anyone show me how to do this? It would be nice if come with pics of the steps. Thank you.

Most people that are talking about an "advanced timing mod" on the 2.0 that I'm aware of are talking about the MSP ECU flash and reflash.

The crank position sensor on the Mazda3 is on a track and by loosening the bolt that holds it you can't advance the timing a bit. I've seen instructions on how to do it on another forum, but I'm not sure about here.

There is a clear description of how to do it on mazda3forums.com...not sure why it wouldn't work on the 2.0 motor...it still has a crank sensor.
