Cat-Back Exhaust?

Looking at buying this exhaust online, but the owner doesnt know if it a cat-back or the cat is deleted.

Wondering if anyone can help me below are some pictures. Judging by the picutres it will have to be welded on. It fits a 2004 Mazda 3 2.0

Thanks

it looks like it keeps the 2nd cat...unless there was a flange to connect it to the stock header.

I see a muffler and a silencer. whatever is on the front looks like a larger pipe and not stock.

how much is it selling for? Would it be worth all the extra work? Getting it welded and fit properly versus buying an actual exhaust kit, even if its a cheap eBay unit.
