Hello, i have a mazda 3 2.3 Auto 5 speed with high fuel consumption, currently getting between 17.1 to 19.3 mpg, when i use an scanner to see enginle load is in the 20% range in idle neutra with just the AC running, weird thing is the pwm on the injectors is at 2 seconds, not 2 miliseconds, but 2 seconds, what can be wrong.

I have cleared MAF, changed upstream oxygen sensor, cleaned the throttle body, please give me insights on what to do, both shorterm and longterm fuel look well, -1.6 to -3% Shorterm and +0.8 Long Term
