Hey Guys,

Since a lot of us are probably the only people in our area to have a speed 3 since they only made 5,000 of these for the 07year (someone correct me if I'm wrong). I thought it would be nice to have a little Speed3 Roll call

Just curious who all has a Speed 3 and where my fellow speed3 owners are from. I'll start

I just bought mine last monday.

I can't stop driving it and cleaning it! Seems like everyone has the GT!

We have no local Mazda dealer... most people I know have no idea what the car is. I actually think that is cool. I have seen only 2-3 Mazda3's in town and I know I haven't seen another MS3 and doubt I will. Unless my purchase inspires someone else.

If the car will be reliable, I have no doubt it is the best value for its price of anything out there.

I agree with you, I like the fact that there isn't a ton of the speed3 rolling around. Makes us a little different from all the civics and Scion TC's etc...

where I live in order to get a speed3 you have go to columbus or cincy to get one.

I actually saw another speed3 on the highway and I thought wow two in the dayton area. But if his plates were right the guy lives in cincy.

I COULD have bought a Cosmo Blue one yesterday...but a rocket was not my goal. I bought a 3 for commuting and an alternate family car, so the new Speed3 had to stay on the lot.

I am a new 3 owner, though...I bought a Silver s Touring 5-door yesterday.

Sunlight silver purchased June 28th. Loving every minute of it. This car is just rediculously fun to drive. Handles better and is faster than the modded mini cooper S I traded in on it - PLUS it gets better mileage and, obviously, has a ton more space inside. It may be less "cool" than the mini, but it sure is a lot more fun to live with on a daily basis.

I love my True Red Mazdaspeed 3, been smoking a lot of import racers that pulled up next to me and start reving the engine....green light..FOOOOOOOM...im gone..eat my dust....PUNKS!!!!!...I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

i don't belong in any group, but the Bay Area Ms3 sounds good huh??, well my future mods are the Mazdaspeed CAI, a HKS blow off valve and maybe a new exhaust system, current upgrade (since i got the sport model) and Katsumo HID kit and I put in a 10'JL audio sub powered by Zapco amp, but let me know if anyone in the bay wants to start the club....aiite..keep driving..keep loving your MS3..

Hey Hey! I see you drive a lot like me. I'm over 27,500 miles. Do you have a long commute or are you in some type of sales? I'm a telecommunications consultant. I got the Cosmic Blue because it was all that was available at the time, but I'm glad because it helps make me less noticeable to cops and those who might try to temp me to play too fast.

Sales/Recruiting. I signed up a free tire program through the dealer so I get a new set at 25k so I drive when ever I can for that. I use the Escort 8500x50 with laser diffusion so I haven't been too noticeble either.:tooth:

I am a huge mazda Fan. I have An 1987 TII RX-7, a 1994 Twin Turbo 7 and my girlfriend has a 2.0 M3 sedan. I am very impressed with the MS3 my only concern is how to spend my money on mods. Buy em for the 7's or the MS3. Oh well I guess I'll figure it out.:)

My recommendations: ETS TMIC, CAI, TBE, EMS. You'll have 300+whp and that should work until everything is worked out on the 3071r :djcelebra

Thanks for the tip. Do you suggest any particular web site? So many fast cars so little money. So if I can save a few bucks here or there I would be a happy camper.

I usually buy from Protege Garage but I'm upset with them right now on this DP. I've ordered from Street Unit had no problems. I know alot of people don't like them. I had the BEST SERVICE direct from the manufacturer. Turbo XS, Corksport, CP-e.

If you only have a few bucks hundred that is. get the CAI (300ish), then EMS from CPE (599), TBE (950), TMIC (550). You will have the fastest MS3 hands down. You may also want to get a BOV(149-199).

True Red MS3 GT here. No Mods yet. I have only seen a couple of these in Columbus,Oh.:git:
