Replacement Brake Pads - Advice

Can anyone recommend a good set of brake pads for my 3? Preferably a set that limits the amount of break dust that collects on the rear rims. Preferably something that isn't ridiculously expensive and obviously not something that's cheap. Thanks.

For example: http://www.autozone.com/servlet/UiBr...ction=loadPage
OR

Which ones are better? I don't know!
Any suggestions?
