Poor heater?

It's been really cold in Ontario this past week and the heater in my new 3 doesn't seem to heat up really well even after the car is fully warmed up. Anyone else have this problem?

My heater starts blowing hot air after about 5-8min of warm-up. I have had no problems. I live in Maryland and have 20-30 deg days all winter long.
