Black Mica
Automatic

I think the 3 in black looks very sleek. Many people who've seen it say it looks like a Beemer... very European look compared to other Japanese cars.

yes the black does look very sleek and elegant.. i wanted the black mica myself although i have gotten a few of those "is that a new beamer" compliments as well with my titanium grey mazda3.. all cleaned up and waxed it does look like i higher priced beamer, or something similar..

Absolutely. The reason why I went with the black is because I felt there are a lot of grey/silver cars out there (seems to be the "fad" these days) and I wanted to be a little different. Initially, I was going for the silver one, but then opted for the black after I saw what it looked like. Though with a black car, I'm probably making a bit more of an effort to keep it clean, but really, that's an issue with most colours.

I mean, with any colour, the design of the 3 (in my opinion) blows away the other cars in that category.

Going to the dealer tomorrow - small problem with the check valve of the fuel pump that sometimes makes it difficult to start in one shot when the car has been sitting for several hours/overnight (slow leak in the valve).
