I have a 2012 Mazada3. Used it, parked it, several hours later went to start it and it wouldn't start. The check engine, power steering, and battery lights all came on. It turns over, acts like it wants to start, but then shuts off like its not getting enough gas. I used a OBDII to see if there were any codes but it says no Faults detected. Has anyone had any kind of problem like this before?

I asSume that your accesories belt its broken, and sure it fall off. It´s a cheap part to replace, but vital from for the engine operation. Don´t drive your car in this condition. You must tow it to a garage, or bring a mechanic to replace the belt.

Please confirm after you check it.

Hi....do you mean the serpentine belt? That is still intact.

 

Maybe it´s slipping out.
