I've got a little halo wiring question. Is there any way to be able to get the halo's to run with the parking lights AND also flash when using the turn signal? 04 3 HB is what I have if you need it.

 

I'm sure there is a way to do it, but really you don't want to. CCFL lights operate similar to conventional fluorescent lights and HIDs, mainly in that they use a ballast to arc light through a contained gas, vs. using a filament. It's really not good for the light to be flicked on and off in quick succession as it puts a lot of stress on the ballast/ignitor.
