Does anyone know how to make mazda3's headlights DRL? (i dont have HID)

I know Canadian 3s have DRL standard. There is some kind of relay switch.
I don't think it'd be too tough to track down the part number and install it or have it installed.

I just did mine and we had to do a relay just of the signals and they are sweeetttttt except hard to do the fogs unless u open them and cut the mettal deflector.
