Hi new to this site and need help please, haven't long got a mazda 3 ts 1.6D and all was working fine till couple of weeks ago and the central locking started playing up sometimes it locks sometimes it doesn't and same for unlocking. The indicators sometimes flash to say the doors have unlocked but they are still locked. Then if you use the key to open the door only the drivers door will open but using the key to lock the doors all of the doors lock. then sometimes I can open the rest of the door with the catch by the handle but sometimes it don't let me for some reason, same as locking. I've changed the battery and reprogrammed it still the same.

I'm having the same issue as you and I'm also new here. Sometimes the key fob and drivers door master lock switch will lock the doors, sometimes they won't. The fob/door switch will ALWAYS unlock the doors, but not always lock. Such a headache...
