Howsit,
I recently purchased a used 2007 M3 hatchback and it's a great car. It had about 25k miles and was in excellent condition. Anyways, my wife and I went out of town for a short 4 day trip and when we came back, the a/c was completely dead! The a/c indicator lights work but NOTHING comes out of the vents. There is no fan/blower sound - it's just dead silent.

Has anyone experienced anything similar or does anyone have any ideas on what this could be? Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 

Start by checking the fuse for the fan / AC. My moms car had the system die when some mice got in and built a nest - one got stuck in the fan and stalled it out - popped the fuse - system died.
