Chip or Software

Ok here is one maybe some of you can answer. I was told that my M3 sport GT has a some sort of an electronic governer built into the software (ECU). I havent tried it but I have been told that it will cap out at 188KPH thats about 120MPH ish for yall down south. lol. So is there a performance chip or software kit out there? And if so will it void your warranty? And no I dont wanna turbo or supercharger. Just a bit more jam is all. I'm sure that the stock 2.3L with vvti has incredible potential, as we all know.

No such thing for the 3rd gens, I'm sure there isn't one for the 3s, either.
If it's like our 3rd gens you'll need to go with a full stand-alone.

Both my 3i and my wife's 35 hit 118, but not a smidge more. Soon there will be a programmer available.

well i called them and ask them he said is a chip kinda like box like that it looks like a turbo timer and it will remove the speed limiter it doesnt increse acceleration just lets you go higher speeds and is 140 american dollars,
now i called my other guys and they said that the one they have is kindda different is a chip but its starts from 390 to almost 450. i'll give you their numbers so you could call them up and find out the differences i got the one for 140 it works nice but maybe the othere one is better i dunno find out.

top speed (from 390 to 450)
(954) 267 8803

premiere auto technique (140)
(954) 438 2890

Speed Limit Mod

Is there any way to get the email from these guys at top speed or premiere auto technique to ask how to install the mod and if they could ship it out?
