Whats so great about it?

 

it allows you to run your accessories like mp3 player, carputer through the stock system...it also lets you use the stock doubledin player to sort through files and tracks without the need for a seperate piece of visable hardware.

basically you can operate your mp3 files from your carputer without anyone seeing anything out of the ordinary....kinda like a stealth mp3 system...

of course an aftermarket cd player will sound better anyway but for those looking to "stay stock". this is great

 

i dont fully understand? could i run my ipod directly through the head unit then? or do i still need to hook up a carputer ?

 

you run it directly through the stock radio AND you use the radios interface to shuffle tracks and everything...no need to touch the ipod once it's plugged in.

 

Yeah I guess that's pretty neat. Nothin to cream your pants over, but it's a cool little project.
