2023 Mazda 3 Hatchback Dashcam Hardwiring

Hi, I am trying to install a RedTiger F7NP Dash cam (dual cam) with Parking Mode. The hardwire kit has 3 wires, Red (ACC), Yellow (Constant 12V) and Black (ground). I have tested all the fuses with a test light (except the 30A fuse) in the kick panel fuse box (driver side) and all has constant 12V even with engine off. I also waited 30 minutes just in case it needs to power down the system and retested with the same result. I just need to find a fuse inside the car that has no 12V current when the engine is off. The other two wires (Yellow and Black), I have no problem connecting it to the proper location.

Questions:
1. Does anyone know which fuse inside the car has no voltage when engine off so I can fuse tap it with the Red (ACC) wire?
2. Does the 2023 Mazda 3 need to wait certain time before it completely power down the system? I heard most modern cars require 15 minutes or more to power down
