2013 shifts hard into 2nd at low speeds

2013 shifts hard into 2nd at low speeds
The title says it all. At low speeds it feels like it is a old camaro with a shift kit in it. It shifts so hard that my drink spills. I am surprised that the tires don’t chirp when it does it. Any thoughts?
