2005 Mazda 3 2.3L Cylinder 2 Misfire

2005 Mazda 3 2.3L Cylinder 2 Misfire
Hi y'all,
I've got a 2005 Mazda 3 2.3L w/ manual transmission at 123,000 miles. I've got a code for a cylinder 2 misfire. It seems to be mostly at idle and beginning of accel. It shakes the entire car. I've replaced the coil twice, removed/cleaned/tested injector, and have all new plugs(NGK) and still have the misfire. Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
