Exclamation Post MOT problems

Morning , just wanting abit of advice and clarification on a problem with my mazda 3 1.6d ts2.

I paid £400 for a service and mOT yesterday and had to have the wishbone suspensions and ball joints replaced which is no issue. But once paid for and receiving the car back from the garage there seems to be a high pitched squeaking noise coming from one of the wheels (think front drive side) almost like it is catching something.

When I eventually break this sound changes to a heavy and continuous clunking sound which I can feel almost through my pedal.

Quite annoying considering the money I spent and that every time I brake everyone passing by turns and looks to see what the horrendous noise is!!

Any forthcoming help would be appreciated, many thanks

Jono
