2014 Mazda 3 i-sport. 37,000. Creaking and popping from front end when hitting bumps or entering driveway. BUT only when the temp outside is hot. Very weird. Mechanic thinks it the struts. Anyone else had this problem? Pushing down on the fender recreates the noise.

 

I have this same problem I see this happened a few months ago did u get it resolved if so what was the problem so I can make sure mine is fixed correctly

 

I replaced the struts and it was ok for a few days. Now it's back. I can't afford anymore repairs right now so I'm driving it. Seems to be no problem except the noise. Let me know what you find out.

 

Well I'm waiting for Winter to be over I'm changing my struts and mounts along with lowering springs so I hope that'll do it. I sprayed some wd40 in the hole of the strut mount and it went away for a day or two so I hope replacing all that will solve the problem

 

My Mazda 3 also squeaks when I go over bumps and sharp turns at low speed and has been for a while.
I just had front struts replaced for another issue-- and the squeak is still there-- so it's
definitely not that.

I've had it checked out at 2 different shops and they said it's the swaybar bushings, and it squeaks when it rubs-- just from wear and tear. They put penetrating lubricant in it and it gets quieter until it dries out again.

 

I went Eibach sport and the **** sqeaks more now the mechanic told me change the strut mounts because I already did my whole front end.
