Please add a thread for the 2010 Mazda 3. Want to hear what folks know about it and reviews from those who pick up one when it hits dealers.

^I'm with you. The Speed has some hope, but not digging the MZ3. But to each his/her own.

I like the hatcheback, but I'm not crazy about the new sedan. The new speed looks more like an STI hatchback, hood scoop and all

I'm a week into owning my 2010 Mazda3 4 door touring. I love love love it! I just filled up with gas for 1/2 what I was filling up my 4Runner. And will go twice as far I'm sure. I have no complaints whatsoever. Smoothest sounding engine and smoothest shifting 5 speed I've ever driven. Ready to add some mods but I guess being so new there aren't any! I really need a roof rack for my bike. Anyone have any links to aftermarket accessories, please post or send them my way. I'll post pics later. Not on my PC right now.

Hollerz*

I agree the new M3 is hot! I especially like the front bumber...very nice, looks like the RX8 a little. The side swoops are nice too. Not crazy about the back unless you opt out for the LED lights. The interior is as close to first class as you can get with a $20 k car. Engine and 5 speed tranny make for a peppy car off the line, after that u realize its a 4 cyl. Gas MPG is pretty good. And the touring model has plenty of standard goodies like Bluetooth and MP3 CD play & aux jack. The radio and cruise controls on steerring wheel are a plus. Trunk space is very good. Rear leg room and head room only so so, but then again this is still a compact that looks like a mid size. I think the pricing gets to high for the grand Touring models which doesnt even come standard with the navi.

Just my Two Cents...

Wink Just Purchased a 2010 Mazda 3 S HD

New here and just registered. I made a purchase of a 2010 MZ3 Sport HB last week. My first ever Mazda and I am impressed so far. The 2.5L engine is pretty strong for an in line 4 and the car handles nicely. I went with the automatic-manual option and it is not as fun as a clutch or shifting but it provides an option for my wife to drive. My only dig at this time is the fog lamps which only go on when the headlights are lighted.

I am going to see if there is a mod that turns the fog lamps on with the parking lights switch so the fogs will act like driving lights. Any one have any insight for such a modification on a 2010 Mazda 3?
