Disclaimer: I am not 100% car fluent. I bought an 08 3 off a friend of mine, it's a great car. But I would like to replace the suspension, as my friend used to put his tools in the trunk of the car and now the rear tires are not parallel. This is a daily driver and I am just looking for a comfortable fun ride. Could anyone point me in the direction of struts/springs that would be appropriate?

Have you aligned the car? There are tons of people selling their stock suspension if that's what you're looking for. Check the classifieds in some of the other big mazda clubs.
MSF, 24/7 etc.
