No electrical functionality in 2012 Mazdaspeed3

Hey guys, currently having an issue with my little sister's 2012 Mazdaspeed3 with 160k miles. I'd try to spend more time on it, but my shop fills up my plate very nicely, and in a sense for this problem; I unfortunately have to put customer vehicles first.

I had originally had her go to McDonald Mazda West here in Colorado to have her existing key fob, plus an additional new fob programmed to the car after her original fob had died..

The first attempt, they tried to give the vehicle back in the same condition she gave it to them in.. with no fob or locking functionality whatsoever..

After she walked back in and informed the service writer that the problem was not fixed, they gave her a loaner for a good portion of the day so that they could redo the service. Upon the second round of them servicing her vehicle, they slammed her with almost $500 of fuse and relay work. All of which were in perfect order last I inspected. Which was within the same week she went to the dealership. Granted, I just graduated to an A level tech. But I've only been wrenching for 6 years. Which isn't long for the level I'm at. I'm hoping to riff on the problem with a more knowledgeable tech or an overall Mazda fanatic. The dealership is now trying to pussyfoot around the issue, although I'd say I got them on the ropes still so that they don't charge my sister again when I'm not around. Any info would help.

The car had ran smoothly for less than a week after service before she ended up losing all electrical functionality both inside and outside the car; as well as both of her key fobs. Could they have possibly done some damage or made any type of errors?

I should note, that a few days prior to her going to the dealership for the reprogramming, I did a top yo bottom inspection, both electrical and mechanical before upgrading her suspension from KYB to Bilstien, while also replacing a few bearings and revealing her oil pan. $2800 worth of discounted work through my shop. My inspections and diagnostic success with my company is 100% accurate based off of my tickets and files in our system.
