Mazda 3 Engine Air Filter Replacement
Can someone provide me with the info/pictorials to replace the Engine Air Filter?
There seems to be a battery air duct that runs across the air filter box, which i can't figure out how to remove. Thanks |
Replacing the air filter is very easy! Lift up the battery cover and the battery air
duct will lift up and slide out from next to the radiator. Pop the 4 clips on each corner of the air filter box and gently (but firmly) lift up the top of the box. Contact K&N and get one of their lifetime filters. They will give you way better throttle response than the stock air filter. |

k&n filter
the k&n filter will give you throttle response you can notice? Thats just for the regular filter not the intake system? The $300 dollar intake gives you 5.2 hp gain but that does not seem worth it.
