a friend of mine has an 07 explorer w/factory installed sirius, his subscription is running out soon and he wants to renew it, but to do that sirius needs the radio ID and he doesnt know it or how to find it. Anyone have suggestions on where it might be?

 

tell him to turn it to channell one...the radio id will scroll across his display....

 

channel 1 is sirius hits 1 music

 

well im positive that is is one of the lower channels... i know it is the "info" channnel. it should be in the first 10...and on one of the channels it scrolls the radio id number and some other info... if that fails have him call ford and make them figure it out

 

I thought it was channel 0.. what happens if you 'channel down' from channel 1?

I might be thinking XM though.
