a comparison to an integra type r would be an MSP...still the pro wins in handling

just to clarify my previous 2.3L story...a little backstory.

1976 Mustang II (ford pinto notch-back)
2.3L OHC EFI Turbo motor
C4 automatic 3-spd
3.73:1 gearing
T3/T4 polished turbo at 26psi
FMIC
custom intake manifold (pointed towards front of car)
65mm TB (from crown vic)
STOCK block
STOCK ECU
STOCK injectors and fpr
walboro 255lph in tank pump
STOCK ford ignition

car has not been dyno'd since the switch from carb-turbo to efi-turbo.....carb turbo at 9psi was 201whp...I'm expecting with my current set-up to hit well over 350whp. Not bad for a chasis with only 2400lbs.

Also, no'one debates honda's smoothness or reliability, but the set up you see listed above was done for less than $4K (if doing from scratch) This should be an 11s quartermile car. Sure it's a 1976 pinto with a blower, but it's so original it HAS to be appreciated.

*edit* I should mention stock for the carb turbo motor was 110hp...mine made almost double that at the wheels....a stock 2.3L motor made somewhere near 88hp....the 2.3L trubo motor made 210hp.
