Is turbo legal?

Is turbo even street legal? If it isn't, how do you get around smog etc? (sorry if this sounds really stupid, but im not clear)

Yes it will pass. The turbo won't cause you to fail an emissions test.

the turbo wont cause the emmision problem
if anything it actually helps because of the temp ranges to act like an afterburner (kinda)
its fuel enrichment your running that will control the emmisions output
there are many ways to turbo charge and stay very legal
let me know what your interested in doing ill help you get started

from monster pro5 with 440hp LEGALLY
