Thumbs up How to adjust the boost

Hello I recently joined this club and so far I have had a great time. I recently bought a 2003.5 Mazda Speed Protege. So far I have installed a HID conversion kit, Injen Cold Air intake. I have just ordered the APC Carbon Fiber hood, and have the new Skunk2 Mega Power Exhaust on order. My question today is how do you if you can adjust the PSI Boost on the turbo. I have read that if you move it to 9-11 psi you should be safe. If anyone has done this or knows how to, please respond.

Thanks
