Washer LEDs rice or not?

....Just like all the other millions of people that have a sticker of their car make/model on their windsheild this guy just doesn't know what kind of car he is driving, there are two sides to every story............If the window sticker on a civic/import is rice, then I guess the sticker on the domestic cars are "rice" as well
