Tint color

I got a question about tint. I got my windows tinted back in 2000 now they starting to look bluish color which looks bad on my car. My question is: do all non factory tints eventually turn blue and is there a tint I can get that will just stay black?

Some tints turn blue...some purple...I would have it replaced by a good tint installer.

yeah the lower quality the tint, the quicker it will fade...if you go to a store that specializes in tint you will most likely get a guaruntee that the tint will never fade, it may cost more but its worth it (i got mine done for $140)

Trucks tint does fade! My grand father's tint on his truck has turned blue and my aunt just bought a used jeep cherokee the tint on it is already purple. I keep telling them to replace it because it looks terrible.
