1) water condensation is getting in from where the bulbs are connected to the lights. Some of the bulbs didn't have a GREAT tight connection (ie: the water seal).
2) the actual casing is opening from somewhere letting condensation build inside.

i just got my apc carbon fiber tail lights in the mail...i need to install them...whats the easiest way...never done it b4. i also was advised to seal them w/silicone to help from water getting in etc....so i got that to....i'm ready to put 'em on....

Well installation is very easy. Just remove the bolts holding your stock ones on and switch the lights. $180 sounds a bit steep to me, especially for the carbon fiber ones.
