shift knobs (pleae help)

shift ***** (pleae help)
I have a 2001 lx 2.0 auto and I found a nice looking auto shift **** the only problem is how do i take the old one off and make the new one fit right. I know i wont be able to use my over drive button, but thats ok. i just want everything to work fine. Please help
