A while ago an odd thing happened on my 2005 Mazda 3 hatch. On the stereo, I have the CD player and also the Aux factory iPhone cable that comes out. All of a sudden the CD and Aux functions simply stopped working. The buttons on the faceplate don't respond at all: The CD, Aux, Eject, Prog all don't work. The steering wheel audio control "Mode" button cycles through the three AM/FM sets and that's it, whereas it used to cycle through also the CD and Aux modes as well. Really weird how it just completely stopped working in a batch like that.

Any thoughts? Where should I even begin?
