need interior removal help

how in the world do you get that soft strip above the glovebox out, im afraid to just pry it from under the bottom.
somebody has got to know how.
and for all you 3rd generation sedan owners, does any body know how to get the rear cusion door handles out, i didnt know if i have to take the whole door panel off or not.it has a tiny little opening on the bottom of them but cant see any clips or screws through it.
any info is greatly appreciated.
thanks
