MS3: Using an Ipod with Sirius installed

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have an 07 MS3 GT with Sirius Satellite Radio. I was told from the dealer that with the Sirius the aux jack in the armrest does not work. I was wondering if there was a solution where I could have both the Sirius and the aux jack/Ipod adapter.

when I test drove a regular 3 it said the same thing, but the dealer told me that there is a switch that you can buy I guess it is some sort of toggle switch
If I read it right it should be this part number TD13-79-CFZ

Its pretty pricey though that was one reason I did not like the 3's because I already have a portable sirius and didnt want the one built into the radio but most the dealer had were already installed.

I dont know if anyone else carries them, cant say I have ever looked, but that should get you started.

Thanks for the heads up. I will check with my dealer's parts department.
