There are guys here that do that for a price, I don't know how much but I'm sure it won't cost $700.

oh I agree, hence my initla post...but damn thats pricey, at least with a CF hood it can perform some function (ie evo vents or air scoops)

I don't think it looks evo at all, maybe the hood, but the bumper?... If you look at any of the Mercedes RENNtech or Kleeman upgrades, it is very reminicent of that. Hell, take a look at the current Formula One pace car (See pics) and you'll see what I mean.
