Headlight Moists, Normal???

Is headlight moists normal on headlamps? I was able to speak from a Ford factory representative and he insists that after 20minutes of having the hi beam on, and the moists is still there, then it will be a defective headlamp.

I am having a Ford Lynx here in Philippines, this is a rebadge Mazda Protege with ZM 1.6 Engine adn with sunroof.

Check that all the rubber boots that cover your lights from the inside ( where the electrical connector pligs into the bulb ) are intact and still there.

Did you buy the vehicle new or used? I was watching a car show and the hosts say that if someone even bumps in to your car and no cosmetic damage is visible, the seal of the headlights or tail lights can be broken allowing moisture to seep in. Once it is in there, I don't know if there is a way of getting it out.

This is not normal and should be taken care of at the dealership. I live in Charleston SC where it is very hot and humid in the summer time with thunderstorms in the afternoons, and never had problems with moisture in the head lights. I don't care what the dealership says, it needs to be taken care of.
