I have a model 340U Mazda Part# C9F2 V6 020 stereo cassette receiver in my car. i want to upgrade to a cd/mp3 player. Do i have to get a new one/ can i hook the present deck with a cd player. the audio manual says "works in conjunction with CD auto changer C9F2 V6 050" ??? please suggest.

 

that cd player sounds like a dealer add on . We installed some of these but I would suggest going with aftermarket cdplayer or cass. with a changer. The dealer cd is expensive and you will get better quality with a/m.
