I think I might have your solution.

First, I must scold you - HAVE YOU READ THE ******* MANUAL??

It has a section on MP3 playback, and you need to SET the player to read the MP3s!!!!!!

Here's an excerpt from the PDF manual for the 7995:



It goes on to say that when in CD-DA mode, it'll ONLY PLAY REGULAR CDS, and in CD-DA/MP3 mode it'll play BOTH.

Dude - this has GOTTA be your problem. And if you have the manual with the deck and just haven't read it, you better not admit it or we're gonna jump your ****. . Just say that you got it second-hand with no manual at all........

I have the manual in front of me now and the cd player is set to CD-DA/MP3 mode!!! It still dont work im gonna play around with my burning software tonight to try to get it!! I just read something different I never read before!!!

I got it working I had to put it on Joliet format and put the cd format to CDROM not CDROM XA!!!
