you sure? maybe I'm thinking of the 99-00's that need new headlights and hood.

 

yeah the 99-00 needs new headlights, hood and fenders. plus all the other stuff too

 

I assmume the BC2 is a fiberglass kit for that price. If so you might be in for some work to get it installed nicely. Some of the fiberglass kits out there are just real poor quality and you end up paying over $1300 for paint and install.
If you can try to go with the Mazdaspeed because just the ease of install and fitment alone is worth the extra $.
