Just curious, is it possible to have angel eyes made for a 96 protege ES?

you are SOL for headlights for your car, unless you switch over to 97/8 spec and get the JDM headlights/corners

 

got any links? (sorry for asking so many questions) I just love the angel eyes. How and where could I switch to 97 or 98 spec? and how much are the JDM headlights?

You will prolly ask about the 97/8 JDM tailights so I will answer your Q's now. The middle section, you get that from a junkyard for about $30 and then get the outers from CS for about $250USD.
To cahnge to the 97/8 headlights, you would also have to get the 97/8 fenders and grill from a wreckers. Very nice change, but, IMO, not worth the money.
