Amp in the glovebox

I just purchased my Mazda3 S Touring last week and I am planning on installing my Diamond Audio component sets from my old car. I want to keep my stock HU but I want to use my external amp. My amp has line-level inputs so I'll be fine. I noticed that our gloveboxes are ridiculously huge though. I was wondering if anyone has tried or has any thoughts on installing a 4 channel amp in there? The dimensions fit, and the amp doesn't run hot. Post away!

You can put an amp where ever you want.
Mines under the passanger seat. I prefer to use my glove box for glove box related things. I did mount some electronics behind the glove box (pretty roomy)

i was actually thinking about putting an amp there sonce i got one for free along with all the wires and capacitor, but ive been told time and time again that the amp will oover heat quicker than usual, and im not that good at hiding wires, but putting an amp there would be something different. Plus it saves on wire length
