aftermarket tachometer

I have an 02 Protege DX and looking for a small diameter tach with an inductive pickup as I don't want to cut into any wires. Does anybody know of a product like this that will work ? Thanks !

on my p5 there is a diognostic port under the hood next to the master cylinder, you can tap a tach wire into there if you have the same port, but you would still have to cut
