2001 ES speakers

i was at BESTBUY today and was checkin out some speakers for my car. i came across these speakers:

Pioneer TS-6867 3 way 6x8
Pioneer TS-6857 2 way 6x8

...on the speakers it said "Custom fit for Mazda".

are those the right speakers for my car? they were under the 5x7 speakers on the display.

Usually 5x7" / 6x8" are actually same speakers so I say they are right sized speakers for your car.

im actually getting those the TS-A6867 for the front doors and the TS-A6975 6x9 for the rear deck on my 02 protege sedan they sound much better than the older pioneers not as harsh highs as the previous pioneers i say go for it also sounddomain has them very cheap im ordering both pairs for about $105 shipped. best buy wants $100 per pair + tax so im saving over $100.
