Direct fit for what? . . . I took a quick peek at the site but couldnt find anything that would fit any of the North American proteges (someone doublecheck). . . Thanks for the link anyway.
Sorry for the vague message. These are clear sidemarker replacements for the MP3, similar to the ones on the new Protege's and Pro 5's. The only difference is that the OEM ones on the new Pro's painted white inside, and the ones offered at this site are painted chrome inside, which gives it a more crystalline look to it. I own a pair of OEM ones that I dont need if anyone wants them. I'll part with them for about $30.
Go to the site and search for:
Mazda-323 Protege-1998 on BJ10#1
Here is the description:
Guard Flasher (Set of 2 Pcs)
Clear Lens & Body Type 2
Gives your car a unique look. LH+RH FKJ4010NAA-881 A$44.00
Oh...and I said $35 bucks because of the currency conversion. Everything will come out cheaper on this site.

I modified clear sidemarkers from some Ford and they look pretty good to me. Those cost about 10$
