I saw this Black late 3rd Gen Protege at Route 28 North Bound around 3:30ish. He exit on 267 Washington bound and I exit on 267 Dulles. He has a full body kit, most likely a WW and a MP3 wing, probably 20 inch rims and a fart can (I think). Anyhow, very good looking protege. I signaled him and we cruising atleast for a good 15 mins. I was on a Silver ES. Who are you?
